External Affairs Manager
Kerry is a passionate campaigner who has dedicated her career to raising the profile of the Trading Standards profession. Kerry has worked with CTSI for 20 years and has been instrumental in helping to raise CTSI’s profile with the media and building partnerships with a range of external organisations. Since joining the policy team in 2022, Kerry has provided the secretariat to the APPG on Consumer Protection, and led a national inquiry on Online Marketplaces and the Supply Chain, and worked closely with our lead officers and other stakeholders on successful campaigns including Safeguarding Our Standards, our vegan food policy work, #CostofBeauty campaign and wider product safety campaigns to name but a few.
Kerry’s position as External Affairs Manager will see her to continue to lead CTSI’s press office but also wider political engagement and influencing work, including the new Parliament. She will also champion the voice for consumers on a range of campaigns and policy activities and build new partnerships.
