Steve Emmett

Steve is a Chartered Trading Standards Practitioner and Fellow of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. Steve previously worked as a regulator but for the last 30 years has worked as a consultant for UK and Irish food manufacturers and retailers. He has worked under contract for many of the UK leading retailers. He acts as an expert witness in court on the defence of ‘reasonable precautions and due diligence’ and he is regarded as a practical food labelling expert for businesses.
