Steve Hamon

Steve Hamon was appointed as CEO to The Vegan Society in 2022, before this he was the Head of Commercial Services and Head of Business Development.

Prior to joining The Vegan Society in 2020, Hamon, who hails from Guernsey and trained as an engineer in the Royal Air Force, spent 20 years in senior positions in the Testing Inspection & Certification (TIC) Industry, including BSI and Intertek PLC.

Steve Hamon is an expert on the growth of the Vegan Trademark, situated in the context of growth of veganism, vegetarianism and flexitarianism more widely. He can speak about trends in the sector, new and innovative products around the room and plans for growth and expansion internationally.
